You can request to close your FF20 Top account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

Grounds on which FF20 Top may terminate an account:

• If the Terms and Conditions are violated.
• Registering with a false identity or inaccurate information.
• If the account holder is found to be a minor.
• Extended inactivity of more than 12 months.
• If evidence of fraud or any unlawful activity is found.

A maintenance fee may be charged monthly on inactive accounts. If you do not plan to play for an extended period, we recommend closing your account in advance.
